The competition takes place throughout the country at all physical stores and e-commerce authorized to sell the promotional product.

Purpose of the competition

The purpose of the competition is to promote the sale of the promoted products with the graphics of the competition (See Promotional Product)

Witor's milk chocolate Easter egg “The Lord oh the Ring” (EAN 800353508853) with the graphics of the competition.

Prizes up for grabs

No. 200 personalized radiated silver rings The Lord of the Ring of commercial value each of Euro 80 including VAT

How to participate

All Consumers who purchase the promotional product during the period of the initiative will have the opportunity to win one of the 200 personalized rhodium-plated silver rings The Lord of the Ring.

It is planned to make available to the public, at participating stores and online, a total of 160,000 promotional products, of which 200 will each have a personalized radiated silver ring The Lord of the Ring.

The rings will be placed inside 200 Witor's milk chocolate Easter Eggs “The Lord oh the Ring” in a causal manner.

All the packages, those with the ring and those without, will be randomly mixed together and the entire production batch will be marketed on the market through the usual distribution channels in use.

Therefore, the graphics of the competition outside the packages will be perfectly identical and, therefore, unrecognizable and inscrutable.

To guarantee the above, an appropriate declaration will be issued in lieu of an act of notoriety.

Jackpot

Prize pool of €16,000.00 including VAT.

Against this prize fund, a deposit was made in the amount to guarantee the total value of the promised prizes determined for value added tax purposes.

ONLUS

All prizes not requested or not awarded or not delivered due to the unavailability of the winners will be donated to charity to the “L'Ancora ONLUS” Foundation - Via Marin Faliero n. 97 - 37138 Verona (VR) - C.F. 93103260233.

Waiver of Revenge

The Company does not intend to exercise the right to revoke the withholding tax provided for in art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29 September 1973.

The Promoter will communicate the competition through online and offline campaigns, through their social profiles, on their site, in their Stores and/or in any case using all means of communication considered appropriate.
